How to Comment

The aim of this consultation procedure is to collect comments before finalising the EVCA Code of Ethics. EVCA considers this consultation exercise highly important and would greatly appreciate your participation by adding your comments on this document.

To take part in this exercise, please return your comments by 28 October 2007.

To ensure that EVCA will be able to make good use of and accept your contribution, please follow these instructions:

1. Please submit your comments through this website only
    
2. Fill out all mandatory fields on the registration page: your name, job title, the name of your company, website and e-mail address. Please note that this information is for administrative use only and the information collected will be treated as strictly confidential. Your answer will not be made public in a way that could lead to the identification of yourself or your organisation
    
3. Indicate your activity (Investor (i.e. Limited Partner), General Partner, Placement Agent, etc)
    
4. All comments should specify the exact part of the document that you are referring to
    
5. All comments should be written in English
