A Networking Event has been organised in Leysin, Switzerland, for conference attendees and their spouses/partners and will commence directly after the conference. The spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The fee includes the transfer Geneva - Leysin - Geneva airport, three nights accommodation including a buffet breakfast, three dinners (drinks not included), and local transportation to restaurants.

Transfer by coach to the Classic Hotel in Leysin. Dinner at the Classic Hotel for all participants.

Friday 18 March 2005
Skiing followed by a Swiss dinner at the Fromagerie Restaurant Museum.

Saturday 19 March 2005
Skiing followed by dinner.

Sunday 20 March 2005
Option 1: 07.30: transfer by coach to Geneva Airport to arrive by 09.45.

Option 2: Half-day skiing, 14.00: transfer by coach to Geneva Airport to arrive by 16.15.

The south-facing resort of Leysin is situated on a sunny plateau overlooking the Rhone Valley in the region of Chablais in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Located above the town of Aigle, it is approximately 120 km from Geneva.

Co-ordination for the EVCA Networking Event will be handled by AC Events. Upon confirmation of your registration for this event, you will be contacted by AC Events regarding hire of ski equipment and ski passes. Staying over the weekend allows you to book Apex rates. Check with your regular travel agent.
