Axel Holtrup,

Mr. Holtrup joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Director. He has significant experience in evaluating, structuring and executing private equity investments, as well as large-scale mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Holtrup worked for more than eight years in the private equity group at Investcorp where he played a leading role in executing numerous transactions across Europe, including complex corporate carve-outs and public-to-private transactions. In addition, he has served on the boards of several portfolio companies. Mr. Holtrup was previously an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt. He holds first class honors degree in European Business Administration from the European Partnership of Business Schools in London and Reutlingen, Germany.
