Registration to the EVCA Investors’ Forum is restricted to limited partners* and EVCA full members (i.e. general partners) only. Exceptions are secondary funds, funds of funds, gatekeepers and placement agents that have EVCA membership. For all registrations, due diligence will be conducted and by sending your registration, you accept to provide the necessary information. If you are uncertain whether your firm falls into one of the above mentioned categories and is allowed to attend the conference, please do not hesitate to contact us at forums@evca.com for clarification. * For purposes of the EVCA Investors’ Forum, we define ‘limited partner’ as an institutional investor such as a government organisation, a pension fund, an insurance company, a corporate investor, a family office, a foundation or an endowment. Payment: Please complete the online registration form and at the same time arrange the payment and the registration fee. Participants are requested to pay the registration fee by cheque, bank transfer or credit card in EURO as shown on the registration form. Bank transfers should be made net of all bank charges and commission to either the international bank transfer account number: IBAN BE33 3300 5785 0046 (Swift/BIC:BBRUBEBB), or domestic bank transfer account number: 330-0578500-46 at ING, Stationsstraat 78, B-1930 Zaventem, Belgium. A copy of the bank transfer should be mailed to EVCA. To avoid confusion, participants are requested to indicate clearly their name and address on transfer orders and cheques. Acknowledgement of registration, receipt for fees and practical information will be sent after receipt of the registration form and payment. Payment by credit card is required for all registrations after 16 February 2006. Registration will only be effective after the appropriate fees have been received by EVCA. Cancellation/Change of Registrant: If a registered delegate is unable to attend the forum, a colleague from the same company may take their place at any time. However, EVCA only accepts full cancellations of the registration if received in writing by 16 February 2006. Fees (less 20% administrative charges) will then be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date. Conference Programme: The conference will commence on Thursday 16 March 2006 at 10.30 with an LPs' only programme ending at 15.45. This is followed by a conference session open to LPs and GPs from 16.15 until 18.15. The first day closes with the Rotating Networking Dinner at 19.30. On Friday 17 March 2006, the LP-GP conference session will start at 09.15 and is scheduled to conclude at 16.00 the same day. Accommodation: Accommodation for the event must be reserved separately by the participants. It is not included in the conference registration. A block booking has been reserved for conference attendees at the President Wilson Hotel (fully booked) - the conference venue, the Novotel Geneva Centre and Intercontinental. The prices quoted are per day in CHF and the deadline for booking accommodation under these conditions is 16 February 2006. After this date, reservations will only be accepted according to availability and prices may vary. Delegates wishing to make a hotel booking under the pre-booking agreement must mail or fax a copy of the accommodation forms directly to the hotel. Every reservation should be guaranteed by a credit card covering one night's deposit. Reservations without a deposit cannot be guaranteed and may be cancelled by the hotel. Accounts, less any deposits, will be payable to the hotel on departure. Liability: EVCA cannot be held liable for any costs or expenses, of whatever nature (such as, but not limited to hotel and transportation costs and expenses) incurred in connection with the conference by a participant who is prevented, for whatever reason (such as, but not limited to the unavailability of transportation), from attending the conference. We recommend that participants take out a travel insurance policy to cover such eventuality as well as covering the potential loss or damage to personal possessions.
