David F. Mosher has 30 years of business experience and is a Managing Director and Founding Principal of Madison Dearborn Partners, one of the largest and most experienced private equity investment firms. Mr. Mosher has been with MDP and its predecessor corporation since 1983. MDP has more than $14 billion of equity capital under management, including the firm's most recent fund, Madison Dearborn Capital Partners V, a $6.5 billion investment fund raised in 2006. At MDP, Mr. Mosher is responsible for the firm's operating matters, including investor relations and fundraising. Prior to co-founding MDP, Mr. Mosher was with First Chicago Venture Capital for nine years focusing on investments in the consumer sector. Previously, he held a variety of marketing and finance positions with Teradyne, Inc. and Texas Instruments, Inc. Mr. Mosher currently serves on the Boards of Directors of iplan, LLC, The Renaissance Society, and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Mr. Mosher has a B.S. and an M.B.A., both from Babson College.
