Stefano Caselli is full Professor of Banking and Finance at Bocconi University and member of the Independent Governing Body supervising PEREP_Analytics, the pan-European private equity statistics platform.

At Bocconi University he teaches investmen banking, private equity & venture capital, corporate finance. He is directing the Master in International Management for CEMS, Community of European Management Schools. He is also the Head of Executive Education Custom Programs, Banks and Financial Institutions Division, at SDA Bocconi.

He specializes in corporate finance, with a specifc attention to private equity & venture capital and small and family firms financing. He's author of many articles amd books like "Venture Capital" and "Banking for Family Business" with Springer Verlag and he serves as consultant in many Italian and European financial institutions and firms.
