Tina Baker, Brown Rudnick Tina Baker is a Partner in the business department of Brown Rudnick (www.brownrudnick.com), an international law firm. Ms. Baker is engaged in advising both public and private clients in the US and Europe on a broad range of matters, including public and private capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and other commercial and financial transactions. She is resident in Brown Rudnick's London office. Ms. Baker's transaction experience includes representing issuers and underwriters in over 20 public offerings in the US, representing US and European venture capital funds in connection with investments into portfolio companies on a worldwide basis; representing both US and European companies on a broad range of financing transactions; acting as general corporate counsel to both public and private companies; representing placement agents in Reg D and Rule 144A transactions; representing both acquirors and targets in cross-border mergers and acquisition transactions, including offers under the UK takeover code; and representing European technology companies in connection with licensing arrangements with large US corporates. Ms. Baker received her JD from Boston University , where she graduated cum laude , and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 2004. She holds a BA from Hampshire College .
