Pierre-Yves Cros, Capgemini Pierre-Yves Cros is Capgemini’s Strategy Director, reporting to the Group’s CEO Paul Hermelin and sits on the Group’s Development Committee. Pierre-Yves is also responsible for the Group’s global Communications function and the new brand positioning around the Collaborative Business Experience. As Strategy Director, Pierre-Yves is responsible for ensuring that the Group is well placed to take advantage of market trends and exploit opportunities. Pierre-Yves joined the Group in 1988 as a corporate strategy consultant, being promoted to vice-president in 1994. He worked with clients across all industries but has considerable experience in chemicals, manufacturing, engineering and finance. Immediately prior to his current role, Pierre-Yves lead the Group’s 800 strong Business to Business (B2B) and Supply Chain service lines across Europe. In 2001 and 2002, the leading market analysts rated this business unit the industry’s strongest. Pierre-Yves Cros holds a Master of Sciences and an MBA from HEC (France). close window
